Fluorescent ssDNA Ladder

Fluorescently-labeled single-stranded DNA ladder, ranging from 30 to 150 nucleotides,

with 20-nucleotide increments. 

Our oligos have balanced content, are purified, and are provided in equal molar amounts

to normalize band intensity. 

The ladder sizes are: 30, 50, 70, 90, 110, 130 and 150 bases.

This ladder is suitable for use as an ssDNA size standard on denaturing Urea-PAGE gels.

Resuspension guidelines

To obtain a concentration of 0.2 µg/µL, resuspend your lyophilized oligo mixture in 100 µL of TE buffer (10 mM Tris pH 7.5, 0.1 mM EDTA, 5% glycerol).

We recommend adding 5 µL of marker solution.
